Lynn Creek Vineyard & Winery

Bernice, Louisiana USA

William Lynn, Master Vinter

Come visit us next time you are in north-central Louisiana. Bernice is a small, rustic community located at the intersection of US 167 and State Highway 2.

If you are driving on Interstate 20, take the US 167 exit at Ruston and come north about 20 miles to Bernice. A couple of miles after you pass through Bernice look for the Lynn Creek Winery sign on your left. Our building is up on the hillside.

We carefully craft our wine from grapes grown on Lynn Creek, which flows peacefully a few miles west of Bernice. Mayhaw wine is our specialty.

Native Louisiana Wines

Wines are Listed from Dry to Sweet

1995 Riverboat Red From a fruity blend of muscadine wine grapes, this rich red wine is excellent with steaks and hearty Italian dishes.

Sabine This unique wine is made from wild mayhaws. Its pale gold color and full aroma complement chicken or fish and vegetable casseroles.

Bayou Blueberry Delicately plum-colored and light bodied, this wine is great for sipping or mulled.

Peach Queen Serve this golden-yellow wine after dinner. It's mellow with a distinctly peachy aroma and taste.

Mayberry This blended wine combines our full-bodied mayhaw with the light blueberry flavor and plum color. Enjoy with a variety of dishes and "finger food."

Claiborne Ridge A mellow white wine boasting the full aroma and sweet taste of a fresh scuppernong. Sip or serve with cheeses or desserts.

Open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m to 5 p.m., for tasting, tours and retail sales.
